ERKEXIN

The National Medicines Organization (EOF), following laboratory tests and relevant updates from the Spanish authorities, draws the attention of consumers regarding the product Erkexin (Cont. 1), which is advertised and marketed as a herbal dietary supplement for sexual enhancement. According to the results of the analyses, the pharmaceutical active substances were detected in the product Erkexin sildenafil and tadalafil, without them being listed on its packaging.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients of approved prescription drugs intended to treat erectile dysfunction. Uncontrolled consumption of Erkexin poses serious health risks, as these substances can cause serious side effects, especially in the cardiovascular system.
Consumers are asked to immediately stop taking this product if they already have it in their possession and to immediately inform the Hellenic Food and Drug Administration.
It is recalled that the purchase of products under the jurisdiction of EOF from unauthorized sources, such as the internet and social media, puts the consumer's health at direct risk.
