As part of the pricing process for new NON-COMPANYING PRODUCTS, for which a pricing request was submitted within the 2nd quarter of 2026 (April, May, June), the holders of these marketing authorizations are requested to submit from today Monday 24-8-2026 until Friday 28-8-2026 the research sheets and the details of the pharmaceutical products to be invoiced, taking into account exchange rate and price data in 27 EU Member States on 1-6-2026.
The submission of all the above information must be done in electronic form, using the online application on the EOF Online Portal, a procedure that applies to repricing and the pricing of new products.
Notes on completing the online application:
1) Please fill in the requested wholesale price field with the following: producer's asking price (ex factory price).
2) Please ensure that the prices of products in EU member states are documented by citing the relevant articles and subsections of the applicable legislation (Government Gazette 1761/B'/22-05-2017) and attaching verifiable supporting documents, as defined in the applicable provisions.
