As part of the pricing process for new pharmaceutical products, the holders of these marketing authorizations are requested to submit from today, Tuesday, 28-7-2026, until Friday, 31-7-2026, the research sheets and the data of the products to be pharmaceutical product pricing (last update 30-7-2026) whose requests were submitted within the 2nd quarter of 2026, taking into account price data in Eurozone countries on 1-6-2026.
In application of paragraph 7 of article 3 of the no. D3(a)oik.82331 YA with the pricing provisions (Issue B', Government Gazette 4274/22-11-2019) as amended and in force, the following will be repriced at the same time: the reference drugs whose protection period expired between 1-4-2026 and 30-6-2026, as well as their generics.
The submission of the above information must be done in electronic form, using the online application on the EOF Online Portal, a procedure that is applied during repricing.
