Electronic submission of data for the Registration Form - Production-Import - Sales and Stocks of Veterinary Products

According to the above-mentioned Circular of the Hellenic Veterinary Medicines Authority, as of 1/7/2002, as is known, the System of submission to the Hellenic Veterinary Medicines Authority of the Record-Production-Import-Sales and Stocks Bulletin of Veterinary Products, every six months, by all companies producing and importing Veterinary Medicines (Responsible for the Circulation of Veterinary Medicines) has been established.
With the aim of improving this System and faster processing of these data, the Board of Directors of EOF decided to establish their Electronic Submission, via the Internet.
We are changing the time of data submission from every semester to every quarter of each year.
The deadline for their submission is the 20th day of the month following the end of each Quarter.
E.g. First Quarter 2008: Deadline for submitting data: until April 20, 2008.
We emphasize that after the 20th of the month following the end of the Quarter, the Electronic System does not allow the entry of Quarterly data that should have been submitted within the deadline.
Any data submitted electronically via the Internet outside the deadline relates to data for the following Quarter.
That is, if the data for the First Quarter of 2008 is submitted electronically on April 21, 2008, it is automatically recorded in the Second Quarter of 2008.
The System will be put into operation on January 2nd, 2008.
From this date onwards, companies are given the opportunity to enter the Online Application and submit a Request for an Access Code.
The official start date for the implementation of the Electronic Submission System is set for February 20, 2008, when the data for the Registration - Production - Import - Sales and Stocks of Veterinary Products for the Fourth Quarter of 2007 will be submitted.
In addition, after completing the Electronic Submission, companies must send a Solemn Declaration to the EOF, Department of Veterinary Medicine, in which they will state that the data for each Quarter has been submitted Electronically.
Before the official start of the implementation of the System, companies will be invited to EOF for relevant information and will be given the opportunity to test use.
