MEDICAL INFORMATION & DRUG ADVERTISING FORMS

With this Announcement, we inform pharmaceutical companies that submit promotional and informational materials for pharmaceutical products to the EOF's Traffic Control Department, that from May 31, 2021, these submissions must be accompanied by the attached forms to the EOF's electronic address: protokollo at eof dot gr, appropriately completed.

We note that the submission of promotional/informational material to the Traffic Control Department concerns ONLY pharmaceutical products for human use, in accordance with the obligation of paragraph 2 of article 130 of Joint Ministerial Decree No. D.YG3a/G.P. 32221/2013.

Additionally, a Questions and Answers (Q&As) text is posted, which will be updated whenever necessary, with the aim of better understanding the requirements for the implementation of the current framework.
